If The End wasn't so bad, this would be a beginner seed. But it buries you deep in the island and it's very difficult to get back to the top. I didn't find much, but what I did find was impressive -- so this one makes the cut.

Andalusite is a hideously ugly mineral composed of aluminum, silicon, and oxygen. It's dipyramidal crystal structure doesn't translate to the macro level like most other minerals -- even though it has a hardness of 7.0. And unlike, say, obsidian (which fractures with beautiful conchoidal style), Andalusite fractures with ridiculous unpredictability. In raw form, it usually looks like someone vomited all over it; after a stonesmith gets through with it, it's a pretty amber hued gemstone.

This was an awesome level! Firstly, the entire southwest corner is just a big mess of caves, ravines, and one ender portal. It's not the best I've ever seen, but it will be a great place to play for a couple days. Better than that, though. About dead center in the map, you'll find a cave complex that is absolutely stunning. Huge chasms, winding paths that you can get lost in forever. It's just beautiful. Sadly, it's a hike from the southwest corner mountain range, but between the two I think everyone should check this one out.
BTW, red-stone-a-plenty on this one.

As unimpressive as it is, I did find a rare set of dual surface lava pits right next to each other. This seed is remarkable because of what's below ground, not the surface. I found a very large stronghold and there's a dungeon built right into the wall.

This is the chemical formula for talc.
I know I rated this one beginner, but that's just because everyone could play it. There's something for everyone on this level, so don't dismiss it just because noobs would be at home here too.
What a fantastic level. I found a lot of really cool stuff to look at. I highly recommend this one, especially if you are into flatland, as there is a great flatland desert peninsula, which you could easily build a wall around and defend. The ender portal already has three orbs in it, which is awesome. The nether is beautiful. Solid all the way around.
